These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MulMarket, a desktop application and related services operated by MulMarket (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the product.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use MulMarket. By using the product, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MulMarket for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the software.
• Pro Features & Licensing: Certain features require an active paid subscription (“Pro”). Licenses are per user and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or bypass licensing mechanisms. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions: Payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices and subscription terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. You will be informed of pricing before purchase and before renewal. We do not store or process payment card details.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Refund requests may be subject to usage, account status, and transaction history.
• Prohibited Use: You may not: Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the software Circumvent or disable license or security checks. Use the service for illegal activitiesAbuse, overload, or interfere with infrastructure or services. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
• Data, Availability, and Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for data loss beyond what is legally required You are responsible for maintaining backups of exported or local data.
